SHIPPING

We are a tiny operation of one, sometimes two. Please do not place orders with extreme urgency- exude zen and a sense of wonder and surprise. Orders are typically shipped within 14 business days of placing an order. Sometimes faster! They will be shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Once shipped, Fray Ardens LLC is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail due to incorrectly inputted addresses. Please double-check your address!

RETURNS

All sales are final. If your order is incorrect or fundamentally damaged (the sprayer does not function, or the oil rollerball is missing, for instance), we accept returns for exchange only up to 7 days post-receipt. Please fray@frayardens.com with a photo of the item to inquire about a return/exchange or get the return address.

Exchanges will be shipped out gratis once the original item has been returned. We are unable to accept returns for any other reason than an error made in our production or shipping (AKA no changed minds, etc).
